The first “what the ...” moment was the fact that when I Google’d, “High Heel Crocs” there were multiple images that appeared. I went on a self-reflective journey of my own heritage and culture.

Grab onto your laces as we dive deeper into the confusing vortex of how these style mishaps from decades past are once again terrorizing our streets.

Travis Scott has been an inferno lately.  He just dropped one of the most anticipated album releases of the year: the 17 track Astroworld (featuring the likes of Frank Ocean and cough cough, Drake).

Natalie is wearing another favorite: Everybody Skate's Madonna, T-shirt with Madonna doing a Madonna.

In response to Nike’s new Just Do It campaign featuring Colin Kaepernick, anti-Kaepernick supporters around the country began burning their Nike products and posting the images on social media.

Inclusiveness:  It’s what AGENDA is all about, and what makes it a special kind of tradeshow. No matter who you are, you can stand side by side with companies like the Hundreds, 10 Deep, or Chinatown Market and compete with the same.  That’s the draw. 

Our latest Shine subject is Alfonso "ALF" Rawls.  ALF is a skateboarding legend and really good soul who can still rip everything with freaky styley style.

However, someone at Balenciaga is sitting high atop their mountain above Who-ville rubbing their devious hands together, scheming a plan to ruin this freedom of the skin—and sometimes for the nip.

Like it or not, Supreme will always be the litmus for streetwear.  For old streetwear heads like me, there continues to be a love / hate relationship with Supreme.  About a year ago, I was driving home from work and one of the neighbor kids (usually dressed head to toe in Pac Sun or even worse, Dallas Cowboys gear), cruised by me, riding a Razor scooter, with a mohawk helmet, wearing a Supreme box logo hoodie.  I lost concentration and almost drove my car into the kids playing basketball in the driveway a few houses up.

Tekashi 6IX9INE, the self-proclaimed “King of New York” will look even more ridiculous when he along with all of the other non-motocross riding idiots purchase and start wearing pieces from the Supreme x Fox collection with no motorcycle in sight.

Edward Murphy, a former Beverly Hills Cop turned barber plans on copping the velour bucket hat, track suit, and polo shirt in peach. When shown pictures of the track suit ensemble from Supreme’s online site, Murphy responded “What is that velvet? It’s beautiful.”

My formative teen years did not involve the ever-present smartphone of today, but the media still found ways of consistently feeding me the image of “the perfect body.”

Justin Timberlake’s upcoming Air Jordan 3 JTH in Bio Beige is straight fire. These kicks are so beautiful that if you cop, it is almost guaranteed that you’ll have individuals (albeit mostly Asian males between 15 and 35) clamoring to tell you “You’re bringing sexy back.”

One of the bikini boutiques I followed posted looks from a fashion show featuring Frankie’s Bikinis. And the atrocity stared in my face and laughed.
